Samhain Time - What you should include in your working ? Samhain 2021 Reading

As we had on last Saturday class about Samhain, we also made a reading with oracle decks showing us what should be important for us during this time. That's something which should be included in your own workings.

The first card which I had pulled was The poet archetype. Archetypes are usually helping us with discovering the inner aspects we might not be aware of. The poet speaks about creativity, but it also speaks about softness, emotions, and empathy. Who is the poet for us? How does the poet see the world? Poet is sensitive towards the world, and everyone surrounding them. The poet calls to you to release that inner sensitive and emotional side. Now as Samhain approached and we reached Celtic New Year it would be a good time to start anew..start with a more sensitive side and show your emotions and creativity.

The next card from this spread is your life lesson - and this calls for Forgiveness. What is forgiveness for us? How do you forgive? Do we forgive or hold these Negative emotions? Samhain is the time of ending things so this card calls for you to end the negative cycles, forgive and move forward with your life.

The third card here is The child I was meant to be. This card comes from the deck I use for shadow work, and the inner child wounds are the very first things we heal when we start with shadow working. This is your call, to look deeper into the past issues and heal them too. The Forgiveness you need will be directed mostly towards yourself and people hurting you since you were very young. The inner child is also a source of our creativity and emotions, and that calls to that inner poet card. Healing your inner child will not only help you with your life lessons but will also help you find the inner poet inside of you and express yourself towards the world.

The fourth card shows us the elemental workings which might be helpful for us and here we got a water card, a card related to senses. The water element is an element of feminine energy, moon energy, and secrets, but most importantly about emotions. This reading seems to be all about emotions, at this point everything we should be focusing on during Samhain time are emotions. Balancing, cleansings, releasing them.

The fifth card stands for future emotions, what we will feel once we will start and finish our work. The keys on a ring are very straightforward card - we will find solutions and bring more opportunities for us. Opening the doors for everything that's not working for us. Not yet at least.

The next card shows the advice on how to start. I took Oracle of the Avalon because Samhain is deeply connected with Celtic culture and so is Avalon. Here we got Chalice Hill, which stands for feminine influence...and water emotional energy. The chalice helps us with water energy but also helps us manifest everything. The chalice is often seen as a womb of a mother, giving birth to the new... a chalice hill is a sacred place for the priestess, bringing us closer to our feminine energy and aspects.

The last card comes from Samhain oracle and it's called Midnight. This is the hour of witches, an hour or manifestation of will and desires. This is when magic is happening and opportunities are released. When we can do all and achieve all.
