Hymn:
My father gave me the heavens and he gave me the earth. I am Inana! Which god compares with me?
Enlil gave me the heavens and he gave me the earth. I am Inana! He gave me lordship, and he gave me queenship. He gave me battles and he gave me fighting. He gave me the stormwind and he gave me the dust cloud. He placed the heavens on my head as a crown. He put the earth at my feet as sandals. He wrapped the holy ma garment around my body. He put the holy sceptre in my hand.
The gods are small birds, but I am the falcon. The Anuna mill about, but I am the good wild cow, I am the good wild cow of father Enlil, his good wild cow which walks in front.
When I enter the E-kur, the house of Enlil, the gate-keeper does not lift his hand against my breast; the minister does not tell me, "Rise!".
The heavens are mine and the earth is mine: I am heroic! In Unug the E-ana is mine, in Zabalam the Giguna is mine, in Nibru the Dur-an-ki is mine, in Urim the E-Dilmun is mine, in Jirsu the Ecdam-kug is mine, in Adab the E-cara is mine, in Kic the Hursaj-kalama is mine, in Kisiga the Amac-kuga is mine, in Akcak the Anzagar is mine, in Umma the Ibgal is mine, in Agade the Ulmac is mine. Which god compares with me?
Helping with: protection, seduction, battle magic, protection magic, controlling others, mental magic, revenge, dominating others, illusions, love, relationship, it is also said once in a lifetime she might bless your relationship and that relationship shall hold forever.
Other known aspects:* Ishtar, Astaroth, Isis
Often used form: Usually, I see her in form of a light angel with a crown over her head. Her light form is very strong. Sometimes she appears in angelic form in armour and with weapons, so you know it's sparing time. Usually, she appears for me in humanoid form, I didn't meet any other.
Physical appearance: Hair colour depends - in the light form it's white, in other forms, it's either dark brown or black. Her skin has a natural colour, she usually appears surrounded by at least one lioness. Mostly she appears without a crown as every being can feel her power and bows to her.
Personality: Her character is quite complicated. Usually, when somebody appears to her she's very cold and feels kind of annoyed until she will listen to you out and decide if she wants to help you or not. However, if she appears on her own - she's rather friendly but demanding. She can share details of past and future, she can bless your relationship, help you seduce somebody or help you transform yourself into a tiger fighting for what you want. She has much pride and that's even visible in her hymn. When she gets annoyed she's the worst enemy you wish to have. She will watch and wait for the perfect moment to hit. She doesn't bother with weapons when she can use mental magic to gain what she wants - but yes she can use weapons and spar with her might feel like hell for you.
From my own perspective:
Inanna is a Sumerian goddess of love, sex, beauty and war. For me she appeared several times on her own, but also few times when I called her. She always helped me and tried to help me learn more about my feminine side and abilities because for some reason I seem to neglect them. She can provide very protective familiars in form of a tiger or lion, yet you have to rightfully deserve them with your work. She doesn't lie and express her mind freely. She can also help with fighting and protection if another God is attacking you. She is one of Azazel's wives, an infernal Queen and a fallen angel. Some sources also claim that Inanna and Azazel are twins - a sister and a brother. I never verified that. One of the books I was reading in past (unfortunately I don't remember the title there) claims that Inanna was a human and Azazel fallen in love with her making her goddess...and that was the original reason why he had fallen from grace. As much as I verified that - she was indeed a goddess who reincarnated on Earth, and he helped her ascend and protected her.
*Class is based on my own experience, but the hymn was taken from: etcsl.orinst.ox.ac.uk/section4/tr4076.htm
Sigil was given to me by her directly, the other one was a cuningform description of her name, taken from Wikipedia*
