Other known aspects: The book I have about him claims that he has 40 forms and aspects, personally I met 2.

Often used form: humanoid, the cloud of energy

Physical appearance: usually I see him as a huge cloud of darkness releasing his power like some sort of black octopus, but he have also other forms. I met the humanoid made of darkness which has only yellow eyes.

Personality: He seems to be a very curious being, especially about humanity in general. He is rather calm and observing, watching and not letting you know that he is there. When I asked for help he never refused, actually helped me to deal with some enemies. He doesn't seem to talk much, but using telepathy and is very easy to understand what he wants.

Personal notes:

He had helped me to deal with enemies, but given me familiar for a while to protect me. I can say he is very friendly and appears to be sort of playful but to can feel the aggression inside of him, which seems to be very natural. While Cthulhu brings for me father feelings, Nyarlototep brings more energy of very protective watched who will bite the head off any danger in a blink.
