Personal notes:
This is one of the hardest chakras to open. Personally, I noticed that a huge amount of energy and huge stimulation might force it open but it's very painful. During the opening usually, you will notice headaches, if it's forced open it will cause migraine which can hold on for the month. Trust me that's painful. Binaural is very helpful with this one, also any form of Divination will stimulate it, even if you do only card readings. It's better with scrying. Opening the chakra will help you see spirits physically around you and look over the veil.
This chakra is always open in kids and children, as we grow it becomes more and more closed. It is also connected with your intuition and sixth sense. The same as heart chakra - it isn't exactly one big chakra, but a group of several lesser ones, one next to another. You can see this in the image below.
Below you will find a little description of every one of the 7 eyes.

The first eye
learning the right is primarily used to see the forms of objects; it aids in the perception of detail.
The second eye
the left relates to our emotional self, more to colour and texture than to form; it gives us a sense of the relationship between objects.
Third eye
gives us an understanding of the form and workings of our physical world; it enlarges what the first eye sees and brings depth or a third dimension. Open, it brings height into perspective,
Fourth eye
is for understanding relationships and developing a belief in God, it enlarges on what the second eye sees.
Fifth eye
aids in understanding universal truths
and ideals; with it, we receive "concepts" and it is excellent for past life viewing.
Sixth eye
Is necessary for true inner sight and for understanding the essence and purposes of our lives.
Seventh eye
aids in understanding the totality and purpose of the universe; through it we receive divine understanding and see radiant light and angelic presences.
Exercises:
One:
This practice connects you with the energy of the Third Eye Chakra by stimulating your two eyes and encouraging a deep state of focus using the image of a dancing flame.
Sit comfortably. Place a candle before you at a distance where you can gaze at the flame with an upright head and neck. Gaze intensely until your eyes water a bit and then let your eyelids almost close. In the gap, focus on the glow of the flame. Finally, close your eyelids completely and focus on the afterglow that remains. It will often look like a small purple or red dot that dances across the darkness of your closed eyelids. Try to maintain this practice for two to three minutes.
Two:
This powerful breathing technique brings balance to the right and left hemispheres of your brain by harmonizing the energy flowing toward the “rational” left brain and the “intuitive” right brain. Find a comfortable seat and take a few natural breaths. When you are ready to proceed, raise your right hand and rest your index finger and middle finger on your forehead at your Third Eye Chakra. Let your thumb rest on your right nostril. Rest your ring finger and little finger on your left nostril. Block your right nostril with your thumb and inhale through your left nostril. Next, block your left nostril and release your thumb to exhale through your right nostril. Alternate this pattern of breathing from left to right and then right to left 10 to 15 times. If you prefer to visualize your breath moving in this pattern, it is possible to do this technique with your hands resting in your lap. In this version, imagine that your breath has a colour and watch it make the shape of an inverted “V” that rises up the length of one nostril to the Third Eye Chakra and down the length of the opposite nostril to leave the body. To close the practice, take three to four neutral and natural breaths through both nostrils.
