Types of Meditation - and your own experience

Let's make a little talk about types of Meditation, as you had learned some of them already and show you the difference between them.
Types of Meditation:
Inward and outward Meditation- this type is either you Meditating inside or outside yourself. After you will get advanced you can Meditate in a void or astral plane, it's where your soul moves once you are finished with your own work. Before it happens all of your Meditation will take place inside of your heart chakra because it's the place where your soul resides and where you are connected to the astral realm.
With sounds and without
You might notice that specific songs, music, binaural and other things containing music will help you Meditate. This is what we did with our binaural beats lesson. For some, it can be annoying so try what you feel is best for you.
With light and without
Same as with music - you can Meditate with much of the light(mainly natural one) or total darkness. Total darkness is easier because during the night your human mind switches to sleeping mode and naturally you can go into a Meditation state. It's harder with light but it's not impossible. You might try with the simple candle on start then add more before you will try to work on Sunday.
Meditation with the specific purpose
Sometimes you are Meditating with a specific purpose in your mind to either find the answer or find the clues or help. This is the natural state and it's one of the most important types of Meditation
Meditation with planets/elements/Gods and spirits
There are many reasons why you might be told to meditate with a specific planet element or God. Mainly it's done to connect with their energy and allow you to embrace it and work with it. You Meditate with spirits or Gods also to learn from them, as during the Meditation they will teach you and help you. You might not notice first their presence but after a time it's gonna be easier for you.
Meditate to control yourself.
That's the most important one I should say. By sitting in your own heart chakra you are connecting with yourself, your abilities and get control over the mind. This allows you to grow and control your thoughts, emotions and behaviour.
Meditation with specific object
This sort of Meditation is done when you are trying to meditate and learn something about the object you have. It can be a gemstone, sigil, or any other item.
Guided meditation
This is when you aren't doing it on your own but allow another person to guide you. It can be done in real life, over a phone, or when you pick up the recorded one from youtube. It's pretty popular but some of them doesn't work - why? Because you might not like the voice, or energy of the person making it for you. The person also needs to be strong to make this sort of Meditation as their energy is forcing you into a Meditation state. Everyone can do it, not everyone can succeed.
