Different methods of healing and a little bit about every one of them

As you already probably learned there are as many ways to make something from energy as people who practice it.

So one thing I want you to remember: there doesn't exist one perfect way of doing something. If you feel good with one method of working you don't have to force yourself to use other methods just because. I want you to find one method for yourself which will help you do basic healings, as I believe that everyone should know at least one method to help themselves when they need it. Spirits might help you with many things including healing. But still, you need to practice your own abilities and have trust in them.

So I will show below the most popular forms of healing..we will talk longer about them on separated lessons so it's just a simple review.

**Stone healing/Crystal healing**

You might allow mother nature to heal you. It's the easiest way, all you need to do is put stones or crystals on your chakras and Meditate. You might check on our gemstones channel their properties and information about them. Some work best with one specific chakra!

**Energy healing**

Well, there are many which require energy to heal.. but the one I'm speaking about here is done on the astral side and requires using specific colors (that you will find on the healing channel) or energies in order to heal a person.

**Visualisation**

This sort of healing can be added into any other healing.. the most important part here is connected with your own visualization and Meditation

**Reiki**

This one is based on the universal energy healing - the energy is surrounding as in all ways and we can use it to healing too. This one is based also on some sigils and mantras.

**Qi going**

is an ancient Chinese exercise and healing technique that involves meditation, controlled breathing, and movement exercises. This one is connected also to the martial arts movements.
