**How do I heal with prana?**
At first, you need soft Meditation state. Cleaner your mind and focus on the person or animals you want to heal. Then visualize the bright light in a specific color and move it over a person/animal. Look inside their energy field and focus on what places have wrong colors or dark spots. If you see something attached to them, remove it.
Then spread this energy all around them and inside them, especially on the places where the dark spots are. You are done the moment you no longer see them.
And now... I want you to try to look into one another in groups and try to heal your partner.
