Herbs and plants - everything what witch should know

Today lesson is gonna be about different uses of spells and plants in our spells and rituals. I am pretty sure you do use them way more than you actually recognise.

But let's start from zero.

Every specific herb of course has specific correspondences as everything we are working with. And today we will learn about one of them because we don't wanna get too bored with them.

And now let's talk about the uses of herbs and plants

Most of you always use the incenses, for different reasons like manifest spirits or give it as an offering or to help yourself going into a Meditation state. As for the kitchen magic - many of us use it during our working I explained it a bit before. We use the herbs for baths - and that can be for any purpose. You can either put the dried herbs inside the bath or make tea and add it to the hot water. Similar way you can use them for healing - you can do blends, add them into the food you eat, consume them separately etc. Some herbs might help you with your abilities like dragons blood, others will be easier for general cleaning. Herbs are used in almost every ritual or every spell. They are surrounding us all the time.

But let's talk about some more details.

Harvesting the plants or buying them?

If you have your garden you should use the plants from there. They are better than bought ones. Of course some we cannot find in our climate or simply don't have the garden to grow them. Then simply buy them in a place where you can see them. Look how they are looking like before buying them and if they don't look bad. Listen to your instincts here. If you have your own ones simply rip them, cleanse and dry. Make sure you will have them in paper bags, in darkness and check on them after some time to be sure they wouldn't destroy themselves.

Remember to collect all - seeds, flowers, leaves. Some plants have roots that are used in spells like mandrake.

A little of makko powder

Herbs for using

Mortar and pestle

Distilled water

Dry place

*Preparation*

1. Choose the herbs and parts which you need from them.

2. Dry your herbs and be sure they are very dry.

3. Make a powder by using mortar and pestle

4. Add makko powder

5. Add few drops of distilled water

6. Form the cones or any shape you want.

7. Dry the cones for at least 12h

*Notes*

You can use any herb you wish but think about the smell before. Some smells might not be the best. You need few drops of distilled water to make I'm easier to form. You can dry them for a longer time, yet try to leave them in a hot place to let them naturally dry.
