Meditation FAQ & Solving Problems

And here we reached our last lesson about meditation itself. Below we will discuss all the problematic points and see if you have some suggestions for them too. By now you should be familiar with most of the Meditation styles. Frequently asked questions and meditation problems I can't meditate Yes, you can. It's nothing else but your own blockage to do it. But it's not working It is working. But as with every single ability - you need to train it before it will work of its fullness. In magic there are No shortcuts. You need time to meditate and work on your senses. But my thoughts don't disappear, and I focus on them. And they wouldn't disappear. In fact, they will always be there. It takes time to slowly make them disappear. See then as leaves falling into the ground and vanishing..or water in the river moving forward without stopping. You might use visualization for it. How long should I Meditate? It depends on a person. Some can't focus on long meditation but will do several shorter ones. Some find 15min enough. Some take hours. The longer you go, the better, but if you don't have time to daily sit for one hour on Meditation - sit even 10min. You will notice that after some time, it goes easier and you might actually get better and stronger. It takes time, so do it daily. I see/feel nothing This only means that your abilities aren't open to the point when you might pick up energy and sense it around you. I see weird colors/blue energy This means your third eye is working. Blue is a color connected to the third eye chakra and slowly your abilities are growing up. That's an excellent sign. You are able to actually work more on it, and strengthen it! I feel pain in my chakras/body while Meditating If you feel pain in places where there aren't any chakras - it might mean your body is uncomfortable with the position you are taking. It doesn't have to be a lotus position; it has to be comfortable. You can sit, you can lie down, you can stand as long as you are comfortable, it's fine. If you felt pain in your chakras - it means that your energy blockages are slowly removing themselves. That's a good sign. Try to focus on a specific place in your next meditation and work on opening it. There are many options for meditation, especially binaural beats around to help you with chakras. If you feel pain on your forehead or ears, it's coming from the third eye chakra and your ear chakras. Your main abilities to see and hear are being empowered and slowly opening themselves. Don't be scared if you will feel. I feel weird sensations, especially cold or hot energy Cold energy might be a sign of either a water being or a parasite. If you feel like freezing, extremely cold energy, losing energy, and being easily angered or depressed - you might deal with a parasite. Please contact us for more instructions. If you feel hot energy, it's mainly coming from your higher self or spirit guides (unless you meditate on the Fire Element) and it's a positive sign. I want to meditate but I don't know how to start. Well, that's simple. Switch off everything and find a quiet place. Close your eyes. Take a deep breath and slowly fall into your mind. Try to don't focus on any thoughts. You much also check our first lesson about meditation here: If it's too hard, try to meditate with open eyes and a candle: just look into the candle flame and allow it to calm you down while deepening your breathing. I'm falling asleep during the Meditation This happens because you reached a deep meditation state, which is like falling asleep. And your brain made you asleep as it's more natural. You need to train it to don't do it. It will take some time. But it could also happen when you meditate with specific energy, which is too strong and overwhelming for you.
