Sigils - How do we create them, use them, open them, and work with them?

Often we see sigils, use the sigils created by others..but there are moments when you would want to create your own sigils..and that's why we need that lesson!

**What are sigils?**

Sigils are images containing specific energy used for a specific purpose.

We can either create them on our own..or we can channel them from the deities. They can be also given for example when somebody scans you. They can be either floating around you or simply spirit might show them directly. Any symbols or letters are sigils. Anything you will paint might be a sigil if you empower it.

But let's now talk about the creation of the sigils.

**How do we create our personal sigils?**

**By channeling**

1. Take paper and pen

2. Take some deep breaths

3. Clean your mind

4. Focus on the purpose of your sigil.

5. Allow the image to come to you

6. Paint it

7. Hold your hand over it and think about the purpose

8. Push the energy into the sigil.

4. Paint the image you want to be your sigil.

5 Hold your hand over it and think about the purpose

6. Push the energy into the sigil.

I'm sure you noticed the points when you empower them with your hand. It's done to give more energy to your sigil. You can use them for your own purposes or share them with others if you wish.

**What can be sigil**

Anything. Even an image or painting can be your personal sigil. For creating your own sigil you can use any languages, runes, anything that feels correct for you. Any symbols might be good. you might use old alphabets, ancient symbols, anything. One of my personal sigils was a tree with runes and symbols of different languages. That was done to help me connect with my ancestors. So even your own painting can be working.

**How to activate a sigil**

There are as many ideas for this, as many people working with the sigils

Place on paper, burn it

Draw on bread, toast it

Trace with crystals

Use your own energy (touch, breath, proximity)

Sew on clothing, wash them

Place in front of music speakers

Let it sit in the sun

Bury in the earth

Ask spirits to charge

Dissolve in water/hold under running water

Set as phone lock screen, charge phone

Use the full moon

Meditate

Carve into the candle, let it melt

Use your own blood for activating it

Use planetary magic to activate it

Paint on your body and Meditate with it.

.. And much more it’s simply about creativity and knowing how all energy works

There are many sigils you might find also on the internet..and it's natural to wonder "is this sigil really what it says it to be?"

Well, let me explain, how to test the sigil and scan it.

Yes, you can scan a sigil and see the energy inside the sigil.

**How to scan a sigil**

You do it a similar way as you scan another person.

1. Close your eyes and take a deep breath

2. Focus on the sigil. Visualize it in front of your eyes.

3. Feel the energy coming from it.

4. Ask the energy to show you what you need to see

5. note down everything and compare it with the notes of the sigil.

**Sigils and trance state**

Sigils can also help you reach a trance state. For doing so you need to get some time and sigil painted on the paper. Light a candle and turn off any other light sources. Clean your mind and focus..try to scry inside the sigil. Don't force or stare into but try to do it with some sort of curiosity inside of yourself. Give it time. Once the sigil will start changing colors, vanishing, and appearing - you are in a perfect state.

But one more thing I want you to know about the sigils.

**Why do we paint them instead of printing?**

Because by painting them you are pushing your own energy into the painting. By printing, you would not give it the energy you want. So if you really want to print it, after you are done move the marker over the painting to give it the energy it needs.
