Meditation part II - Brainwaves and how to use them

Brainwaves They are rhythmic or repetitive patterns of neural activity in the central nervous system.. that sound a little hard, so let's explain it in another way. Every thought or emotion creates specific impulses in your brain. During sleep, your brain is in another state than when you are awake - its brain waves frequency has changed and so it works a little differently. When you will learn to silence your brain, you will learn at the same moment to switch from Alpha waves into Theta. Below, you can see what brainwaves are used for. You are still aware of all happening around you - but at the same moment; you are connected with both worlds - astral and physical. The trance happens also in meditation when you switch between theta and gamma. Try to catch a moment just before falling asleep - you can then see and hear another side too.
